Review quotes side by side. See each contractor's Reliability Score, review history, verification status, and the full text of their quote before accepting.
When you accept a quote, you pay the amount into our escrow account. The contractor can see the funds are committed, but receives them only after you confirm the job is complete.
Once the work is done and you're satisfied, you approve the release of funds. If there's a problem, raise a dispute before releasing — we mediate fairly for both parties.
